Sessions

  • Sessions are 60 minutes, face-to-face or online. It is recommended to initially book at least 6 sessions; long-term work is also available.

  • Sessions can be online through Zoom or in person. They are 60 minutes, with an initial consultation. One-off sessions are possible, but regular weekly sessions are recommended.

  • Sessions are for one hour, with an initial consultation in the first session.

Pricing

I operate a sliding scale. You are invited to pay the amount that suits your income and affordability: Low rate: £60, normal rate: £70, for those on a higher income: £80.
