Moving Beyond Lockdown…

It has been a deep and moving time in the world. I literally came to a standstill; with my plans to launch my newly created website and open up my cranio practice to wider horizons. As the UK, along with many parts of the world went into lockdown in March.

I have traversed this time, up and down in mood, introspective and contemplative, winding through peace and joy to anguish and concern as I’ve watched the play of covid 19 and control, on the world stage. Alone and distanced yet connected and ‘in this together' in some ways through zoom. I have so enjoyed the peace of this pause, with less traffic, less rush and haste and more space for nature. Whilst recognising the inequality that exists and feeling that the many impacts of this time are yet to fully play out.

So I venture out with some hesitation….

While government guidelines remain unclear about when holistic practitioners such as Craniosacral Therapists can begin to practice again in person, I am pleased to offer Distant Craniosacral Therapy at this time.

I completed a 5 week course with The College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and have been swopping and practising distant sessions through the zoom platform for the last two months. Having been slightly skeptical about distance work, as I have a love of hands on sessions, I have been really surprised at the capacity for resourcing and healing from the sessions I’ve shared, both as a practitioner and a receiver.

I hope to be soon offering hands on sessions again, but in the meantime, anyone who wants to try a free initial Distant CST session, please contact me.
