Anne Felicity’s Compassionate Inquiry Training & Specialised Sessions

I delighted in spending the last two years training in Compassionate Inquiry, a presence and inquiry-based psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté.

I completed a year-long training, then a-6 month mentorship and after that a year-long Internship. I am now offering 50-minute Compassionate Inquiry sessions both online and locally.

Compassionate Inquiry is a beautiful approach that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world.

It is an approach that reveals the unconscious dynamics that influence your life and how to liberate yourself from them.

The purpose of Compassionate Inquiry is to drill down to the core stories people tell themselves, to get them to see what story they are telling themselves unconsciously; what those beliefs are, where they came from; and guide them to the possibility of letting go of those stories, or letting go of the hold those stories have on them.
